Practical use System

As Globetech was one of research for G-7 project which owned by Korea EPA, The multi-stage fluidized bed scrubber system have been developed after 3years co-researching with and nier. The main advantage of the system are;

- High sulfur contained Bunk-c oil (upto 1.0%) can be fed to Boiler over the
   country, while Korean EPA restricts Low sulfur fuel such as 0.3% or 0.5%
   depending on Area.
- Approximately 8%(aver.) of fuel can be saved by recovering the energy from
   the flue gas at stack. This would be worthing of 100Mil.
   won per year. if the Boiler capacity is 5 ton/hr.
- Neighbor` complains caused by dusts at stack are safely solved by capturing
   fine and SOx.

It is specially designed for eliminating white oil fog at tenter. Since the oil fog is so fine size-submicron, the conventional filter can not be effective. Therefore GlobTechs F/B coalescing filter must be used. K-G system compose of Emergency spray, wet scrubbing, and coalescing filter as an option, oil/water separator is available to separate oil from scrubbing water.

Repending on site situation and process, the each system is designed as custom-tailed. the main advantage are;

- Initial cost is very low comparing Wet ESP or iron scrubber
- Installation space is compact The keys technology is coalescing and
  growthing by utilizing B-Gon/Kon-Tane Pads.
